By using LociVoice you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LociVoice provides AI-generated audio narrations of nearby points of interest and an AI Q&A assistant, delivered through a mobile application.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not use LociVoice to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
AI-generated narrations are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty as to the correctness of any narration. Do not rely on narrations for safety-critical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LociVoice's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

If POI creation is enabled for your account, you may create Points of Interest ("POIs") consisting of a place name, description, narration text, and optional images ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant LociVoice a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, display, and deliver that content to other users of the service.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) your User Content complies with Section 4 (Acceptable Use) of these Terms.
LociVoice reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise harmful or inappropriate. We have no obligation to monitor User Content proactively.
You may delete your POIs at any time through the app. Upon deletion the content is removed from active delivery; residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
LociVoice respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in user-submitted content that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You can report content by emailing our designated agent (below), or, where in-app reporting is available for your account, using the in-app Report action, which immediately removes it from delivery pending review. A written notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

If content you posted is removed following a notice, we will tell you how to submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) if you believe the removal was mistaken. We terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
Report any User Content you believe is illegal, unsafe, or otherwise violates these Terms by emailing (loading…), or, where in-app reporting is available for your account, using the in-app Report action. Reported content is automatically hidden from delivery pending staff review. If you believe content depicts child sexual abuse material, report it immediately — we comply with mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. §2258A in the US) in addition to our own review.
You agree to indemnify and hold LociVoice harmless from any claim, liability, damages, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your User Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Paid plans automatically renew for the same length as the original subscription period unless you cancel before the current period ends. You will be charged the then-current price at the start of each renewal period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and again within 24 hours before the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings or the Google Play app — not in LociVoice — and refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
If you purchased directly (Stripe): you can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, which takes effect immediately and stops the next renewal charge — cancelling is always at least as easy as subscribing.
